Ilchi Lee on Brain Education
Ilchi Lee is an author, holistic educator and founder of a unique system of mind-body practices based on Korean Taoist teachings. He began sharing his message for personal growth and peace by teaching exercises to a stroke victim in a public park in 1980. Lee went on to found Dahn Yoga and other practices to share his philosophy of holistic living and empowerment around the world. Because of his passion for the importance of the human brain in personal development, these programs became collectively referred to as “Brain Education.” He has also written several books and established non-profit organizations to further his dream of people living harmoniously with the earth and each other.
